Care
Relaxing massage is a gentle technique that aims to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress and promote physical and emotional well-being. Aromatic oils or creams are used to act therapeutically on the nervous system. After the session, the body remains in a state of deep relaxation, and the skin continues to absorb the active ingredients for some time.
Avoid washing the massaged area with soap for the first 6 hours, especially if essential oils were used — this allows for greater absorption of the active ingredients and prolongs the therapeutic effects.
Do not expose yourself to the sun for 48 hours, especially if your skin is sensitive or if photosensitive products (such as citrus oils) were used, as there is a risk of stains.
Apply sunscreen to exposed areas over the following days, even on cloudy days, to protect the skin that was activated and stimulated.
Drink plenty of water after the procedure to help eliminate toxins released during the massage.
Avoid intense stimuli (such as exercise, discussions or excessive work) in the following hours, to maintain the state of balance and relaxation achieved.
Respect your body's time for silence and rest — massage is an invitation to reconnection and emotional and physical recovery.
