Foot Spa

What is it

The Foot Spa is a treatment focused on the well-being, comfort, and relaxation of the feet. The procedure combines exfoliation, hydration, and massage, helping to leave the skin softer and providing a pleasant feeling of rest.

Indications

Recommended for people who want to take care of the appearance and comfort of their feet, especially when they have dryness, roughness, a feeling of tiredness, or simply want to enjoy a moment of relaxation and self-care.

Benefits

It helps remove dead skin cells and soften dry areas, improves skin smoothness and hydration, provides a feeling of lightness and comfort to the feet, and promotes a moment of relaxation and well-being.

Contraindications

The procedure should not be performed on open wounds, burns, infections, inflammations, active fungal infections, or other significant skin alterations on the feet. People with diabetes, circulation problems, altered sensitivity, a history of thrombosis, use of anticoagulants, or other health conditions that may interfere with the procedure should inform the professional before the appointment for evaluation and, if necessary, adaptation of the protocol.

How is done

The service begins with foot hygiene. This is followed by a gentle exfoliation to help remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture. Afterwards, hydration is applied, and the procedure concludes with a relaxing foot massage. All care is provided in a comfortable manner, respecting the sensitivity of each client.

Peridity

It can be performed periodically, according to each person's needs. In general, it can be done every 15 to 30 days or whenever there is a need to renew hydration and care for the feet.

Care

After the procedure, keep your feet moisturized and avoid harsh products or excessive exfoliation at home. If you notice any wounds, irritation, intense itching, unusual peeling, or any changes to your skin or nails, inform the professional before scheduling another session.

Comments

The Foot Spa is a wellness and aesthetic care procedure. It does not replace medical, dermatological, or podiatric evaluation or treatment when there are health problems with the feet. Before the treatment, some health conditions may require prior evaluation or adaptation of the procedure to ensure greater safety and comfort.
